Welcome to the Keyfonics Online Support Centre

Although our technology is designed to be easy to use we appreciate that sometimes things don't always go according to plan. With that in mind, this technical support centre is designed to get you up-and-running as quickly as possible.

Using the Support Centre

There are a number of different sources of information about VoIP telephony available here to help you. If you have a problem or question about any of our VoIP services then you're likely to find the answer here. We suggest that you use our support resources in the order shown below to resolve your enquiry as quickly as possible:

Check the FAQ

If you have any questions about using our services then the first stop should be our Frequently Asked Questions FAQ section. In here you'll find quick answers to the most common questions customers ask when using or evaluating our services.

Check the Knowledgebase

Keyfonics staff and customers post articles in the Knowledgebase that cover setup and configuration issues, known gotchas and provide expert tips on getting the most out of your VoIP system. If you have a problem with your telephone or network then this should be your first port of call.

Check the Forums

Our forums contain the very latest information and experiences from Keyfonics customers and staff. If you have a problem that isn't yet documented in our FAQ or Knowledgebase then searching the forums may provide you with the answer.
